Platinumpool Cards

Can we have a place to exchange platinum pool parts so we can get him or let us buy him with 6 pieces of cards like in the image below.

I did buy 2 pieces from summer stores hopping it will allow me to get platinum pool now I have 3 that won’t be ever used.
