Although cgr does benefit from the extra combat power rate, you could use mojo with him instead

Overseer, as good as he is he isn’t as good as rest of the characters mentioned there

I’d go Nick Fury if you have max deep wounds ngl or even 3/5 points in DW

The thing about cap iw is Uhm he doesn’t really need the extra rank whatsoever

Now why I chose claire is because she has uh a bit underwhelming dmg compared to the rest
So that rank up helps
