CONDUIT GLOBAL NODE: DISAPPEARED?

This post is about the new global node conduit. I play in tier 2 right now and I was under the impression that conduit was fixed and these couple wars were considered off season wars and they were there for us to finally test the new global node conduit. But there is no conduit.
Let me clarify: conduit was introduced for tier 1-2 with the start of the off season wars between season 35 and season 36.
Conduit global node was actually working for the first 2 wars. To be accurate, in my case I couldn't test the node in the first war because the opponents didn't place their boss so the global node was not active. I tried it out in the second war, seemed to work fine. Had the chance to do a couple fights against global defenders.
After the second off season war, the latter half of the node stopped working. So basically the second part of the node says when you knock down the defender, the defender applies a debuff on himself for 10 seconds. With that debuff on, the defender regenerates 80% damage. Any kind of damage. This was happening in the second off season war (I assume it was the same for the first one as well), then it stopped in the next wars.
When this issue was brought to the forum, Kabam didn't answer until the day before the season was supposed to start. To that, they replied that the node was fixed.
When season started, the node was indeed working as written in the description, but there was a bugged interaction of some sorts that would cause game crashes and plenty of disconnections. Game breaking issues. There were also other issues like the black list not working and some alliances getting unenlisted from aw. Kabam acknowledged there were plenty of issues and they cancelled the war. That was the right move.
They later said the issues were resolved, but they still wanted to make sure everything was fine before the season started. So they decided to postpone the beginning of aw season to the 24th, giving us a couple off season wars to test out that everything is finally working. Now here's the problem: the permabans are there, but the global node is not.
Are we going to start season on the 24th with an UNTESTED conduit? Again? What if it crashes the game like before? How can we trust that it works? And honestly, how do we even have the knowledge to plan for it? I have little to no experience with how heavily the defender can regenerate the damage when it gets applied the debuffs. My issue is both that I don't know if it will work and that I also don't really know how to handle it because of the lack of testing. I mean we tried... But the last time we had a chance to test some matches the game would just crash... I can't know if that fight is soloable. In theory, yes. In practice? I don't know.
Are we going to see conduit on the 24th, or are we just playing the season with miss-tic dispersion, like these last couple of wars? I'd like to get confirmation because the time is ticking and I would need to work on aw defense to make it work with miss-tic instead of conduit. Quite frankly, I'd rather do that than play with an untested conduit that may crash the game at random and compromise the result of a war and maybe the whole season.
