Electro Buff Idea

@RoyalRabbit and I have made an electro buff concept. We really like the idea of having him be a high shock DOT champion who is able to control healing and power gain, similar to how he can control electricity power levels and dish out some destructive energy blasts.

Ah electro buff would be awesome to see in game. Whether it ends up anything like this or something totally different, it’s definitely a buff that I am hoping for.

    Dunno about a buff, but you would think his basic attacks should have a % chance of Shock

    This genius idea just came to me. Make him apply shock debuffs?
