Is there 7hr crystals for cavaliers progressed players or only for thronebreakers and above?

I have seen some of my ally mates get it but not for most of them

Same here I am also cav but haven't gotten the crystal. @Kabam Jax can we have some info here there wasnt anything in the event post about them being for TB or up

Hey all, the Legends Crystals are NOT progression based. Everybody gets the same one, though I like that idea and will be raising it to the team for the future.

Some summoners got the crystals early by mistake, which is why some of you were seeing them and others were not.
