Is war bugged?

Our war has no attacker bans and no defensive tactics are seemed to be set.

    I did not check previously, just checked now, we are at tier 6. But we played with attacker bans In the last off-season wars. We were defeated in the last one. Could that be the reason? Is it possible that they counted these wars as well?

    I asked our officers about that, they are sure that we were at tier 5. It seems that the last wars are counted.

    What’s tier 5 got to do with anything? We’re tier 7 and get tactics for all seasons including current war ongoing.. so curious why you’re saying tier 5 and higher?????
