why is ibom a #debuff detox attacker?

I might not be the sharpest tool in the shed, but why would any game designer give a champion that needs to have poisons to fuel his kit the tactic (that should help this champion in war to be a better/more effective attacker) that takes away his fuel. Please someone with a bigger brain explain this to me. thanks. And yes, I did just start a war and apparently the attack tactic got auto selected for me and now I have a useless ibom on my team. Hopefully since I didn't select the tactic, its just showing me what he would be if I had selected it and its not active. But I'm not holding my breath.

    Update, I didn’t select it, the screen says no attack tactic selected, and the tactic was applied to me. So useless ibom.
