Best counters to electric defense and spaced armour

I‘m assigned to path 3 in tier 2 alliance war right now. Last war i faced a colossus in section 1 that gave me a lot of trouble. If the oponent gains armour ups during the fight i can control it with tigra. But if he starts with armour ups i can only think of Bwcv and Power start 1 boost or namor. Is there anything i‘m missing or can you tell me some more options? Thanks for input
