Nebula regen is not reversed.
And she gains amp charges very weird

    Her gaining amp charges constantly is a bug that’s been around since she got buffed. I think it has something to do with the AAR.

    As for the regen, do you run recovery? Because that increases your regen rate and can make it go above the 105% that magneto reduces it by.
