Quick question about Loyalty store refresh

I'm trying to determine when the loyalty store refreshes for the rank 4 materials. I read in the announcement that they have 41 day timer, does that mean that whenever I buy it, it'll always take 41 days to reset? I wasn't super close to another rank 4 when it was announced so didn't keep track of it. Thanks for the help
