Make sub-featured 5* worth the effort

I'd just like to say that I saved red shards for 3 months for the Stark Spidey sub featured 5*. I was able to buy 3 of them and still I didn't land him. Four other folks in my ally got him, 3 with just a single crystal. It's quite crushing to a players spirit to wait patiently and build your reserves for that long only to come up empty. When mcoc celebrates 3 years this December I will be too. But when a game is so unrewarding for perseverance and dedication it makes you wonder what the heck is the point?
