Someone in my alliance submitted a help ticket and was informed that this is not for people who opened the free Wong crystal from the Legends celebration after about 90 minutes from its' release. It is only for people who bought the crystals or who opened the free one in the 1st 90 minutes.

@Kabam Jax is the above info my alliance mate received from support correct? Most of us know how unreliable and often incorrect the support agents are and I would like to know if from what you know of what is intended if that is how it should be.
