Hulklin Bug?

So I'm testing Hulklin against my own Doom in a duel and I have noticed my buffs are being nullified but not coming back as passives, I am not gaining regens whilst being hit and have shape-shifting charges AND my indestructible count down isn't reducing because I'm not converting into regens... any answers?

FYI this is my own doom so no nodes
