Blade 4* Help Opinion

I am about 25% through Act 4. I recently pulled a 4* Blade (unduped). I have many other 4 stars. I love Blade as a character, going back to Snipes movies. I was happy to pull him. But, I feel his damage and such is lagging a lot behind other top 4 stars I have and use. Blade is at r3/30. I have IMIW at r5/30, BW Deadly Origin at r4/25, SW Sigil at r4/40 and Corvus at r4/40. All those seem to be much better than Blade. Will taking him to r4 and r5 help? Is it worth it? Am I using him wrong? Also, I have 4* Oden at r1/10 and his damage output and health seem better than Blade. Thanks for feedback.

    You were about to shift on 5* meta, don't worry about 4* that much, if you like to play with blade do it, you also missing bleed utility anyways from listed champs.

    It's not all about damage, as Blade can do much more, especially against dimensional beings (and other champs too based on synergies). A big part of blade that really helps in earlier content is his Regen on demand, but need awaken for that.

    Since you are only a quarter through act 4, I would personally ignore other comment as 4 stars, especially a Blade (moreso if you can dup) will help you a ton complete act 4 and even most of act 5. Just learn which champs to use him on and use synergies (such as GR) as appropriate.

    @Chatterofforums - thanks for feedback. Are you saying to ignore using Blade and don’t take him to rank 4 or 5? The other 4 stars I mentioned in original comment - are you saying ignore them?

    My advice is for now limit how many 4 stars you rank up but focusing on 5 to 7 of them for now is a good start. Corvus for sure is a good #1 to focus on for you at this point. Odin is another good one of your good with his rotations. Bwdo also gives some good damage. I'd put Blade in the area for rank ups if you can dup him, if not, I would say it depends if you have his synergy partners and if you like him

    Gotcha. Yeah, I was focusing mostly on IMIW (love his play style), SW Sigil, BW Deadly O, Corvus, Blade, Moon Knight, and Odin. All those are at least r4, but Blade is r3, Odin is r1. I like Blade a lot, it seems he’s much better awakened though. None of those others listed are awakened and they are beasts. Corvus is legit.
