Didnt get reward for carina chalange vol 2

Hi, can anybody tell me why I didnt get the reward for completing carina vol 2 - new heroes and foes, I did complete that with ultron, spiderman miles morales, hyperion, yellowjacket and sunspot and reward still didnt come, so tere is no reason complete the other calenges when I still do not get reward for that.

Were they all 5* and did you use the choice node before the boss?

Well.. there is that problem, Its my fault, I didn't notice I have to take only 5* champions so I took also 6*, in other carinas there is 5* and also 6*, so I didnt check it right, Thanks for answer.
