Changing the Alliance chat

Okay so I think the alliance chat should be under the tab for the alliance so that's the first thing that you see cuz not everyone sees that little box at the bottom of the screen and I will make it easier for everyone in the alliance to see what's been written to get their attention

    Agreed, that's the reason why some people aren't in the chat at all,Yeah?
