Who to give Sig Levels

These are all of my 5-Star Tech champions and I have 1 generic awakening gem, no Tech gem. I also have 125 sig stones and 2 in overflow. Never used them because I didn't have a champ that was awakened that really needed sig levels, but should I pump the stones in one of my awakened champs, awaken a champ, or wait for a new champ to awaken in my roster? I just recently got cavalier if that is to help in consideration.

    If you can play ghost well, then awaken and dump ever sig you have until you get her maxed out.

    I'd personally would max sig your Ultron (he's great for 7.4 Kang bis) or sig 60ish Guilly2099 (if you have a hard time keeping a combo and enjoy using her, but don't use a generic awakening on her).
