Havok's heal block agaisnt conduit terrax

At first terrax was heal blocked, but then the heal block effect is bugged, the 'heal block' text is on my side, what the heck?

Fight start at 6:15, pls fix this bug, it's a huge disadvantage for me, I could have died there
