So sick of this companies bs. I just got the response that I knew I was going to get back. When u spend 30 dollars on trying to get a 4 or 5 star champ of a new hero and u get nothing but 3 stars that's pretty much a big **** u and a spit to my face. I've have bought crystals and never got nothing but two or 3 stars so sick of the **** how about u all stop **** overt ur customers. I don't know what the **** I have done to this game but I have the worst luck, I'm so sick of watching everybody else get the champ they want but I get **** everytime. Stop being **** crooks of the mobile game world. Sincerely a two year veteran

I don't understand, you're upset with a business for doing normal business things? Kabam made no mistake here, you chose to buy those crystals when it's well known in the community odds are very low and even kabam says a rare chance at a 4 or 5 star hero. They offered you a product and you misguidedly bought it even though they well advertised what that product is which is a rare chance at what you want. If you have a complaint be constructive so you can actually get your point across without sounding like a whiner
