Unable to parry and more

It's getting really hard for me to parry this has never been so hard before but now i Just can't parry at all and the opponent seems to throw sps right when i press then i use ghost and i throw sp when the opponent comes dashing towards me but now when i dash back and throw my sp the opponent throws instead
