3-4 star vision

When could one expect to acquire a 3 & 4 star vision I see offers for the 5-6 star but haven’t seen any for the 3-4 star

    from what I can tell, if you're getting offered the 5 and 6 star, you're not going to get offered the 3 and 4. I got offered the 3 and 4, took the 3* (didn't have the units for the 4) and then later got the 5* and never seen a 4* offer.

    I appreciate Kabam trying to target offers. But every time I open the top buyable crystal in the game (featured cav)... I get offers that are geared to 3 star champs, and 50% of the time (feels like a lot more)... get a 3 star champion.

    If the Kabam is not offering it because 3 and 4 stars aren't relevant since I am clearly more interested in 6 stars... stop giving me those offers, and stop putting them in the crystals since you know I don't want them.

    When did you get the offers for them
