Kabam explain please.

I just read the thread about how people are losing items due to unexpected changes in 8.1,
So scrolling down I saw that the support team replied to a guys complain to increase the time or compensate him but they said that it's upon our risk to put some items in stash because they above required inventory cap.
So here is my question:
They why you make such content or inventory cap that requires 50%+ of the community to spend that much.
I mean abyss can be done itemless by some but not by all, and that too in 15 revive cap.
I mean I can bet that not all of can do it too.

So I think that it should be reconsider about those guys who did spend the most valuable thing in the world which is time to help them use those items

No offense to anyone but don't fight here and maybe I messed up some spellings so don't mind that too

    I agree that it's a risk the summoner is taking when they put items in the stash. We can argue about the inventory caps specifically but it's not like they're hidden. However, when people are preparing for a major piece of content to drop, and then Kabam changes the date that it will release (at least the one that was given to your player base), you need to make a conscious effort to correct that mistake. Kabam chose to have inventory caps. If they didn't have them, they wouldn't be getting nearly as much push back right now. A 1 for 1 trade in store for revives, potions, boosts, and energy would resolve this issue. We'll see what Kabam does but doing nothing if just another slap in the face to the player base.

    Imagine being so delusional that you think this would work out positively for the majority of players. They’d be pricing these potions off how much hp they restore to a 6r4 apocalypse and counting their money as progressing players (and even Cav/TB players) pay more to catch up
