Battlegrounds Friendly match invite not working

My alliance members wanted to make it a little more even in battle grounds, so we created decks with nothing but 3* champs. We invite people to play but when they accept the invite the game freezes. Not sure if it’s because we’re using 3* champs, not sure if it would matter. The only reason why I empathize the 3*s is because with my normal deck I was able to accept an invite no problem. I would like to know if anyone is having any problems with the friendly matches?
