Trouble receiving Alliance War Rewards

Hello, I made this discussion poll in hopes of reaching out to not only player base, but as well as kabam, as there is an issue with receiving alliance war rewards. I’m not sure if this is a bug or not, or just a timely thing, but I am hearing that some people have received their rewards for alliance war, and some have not. I have tried to log in, log out, and even deleted the app and redownloaded it. I partook in about 9 wars with my new alliance and have been with them for 20+ days now. Me and some of my alliance member have worked very hard for these rewards and are a little upset we haven’t gotten them so, if anyone would like to add to this with issues or clarification on whether this is a bug, or simply a timely thing, you are very much welcome to. Thank you.
