6* Dual crystals

So i wanted to open a featured 6* and instead i clicked on science/mystic crystal by accident.
And i opened a ticket and didn’t get a response from support.
So apparently when you open a ticket and they leave there for couple of days so you give up and forget about it like everything happening in this game.
What do i do now.

it could take 12hours, or 3-5 days for a ticket to be responded to. i remember once it took 12 hours then another time it took them 6 days to respond.
