I can't buy the Infamous Iron Man bundles?

Every time I try to buy either bundle (or anything else in the shop for that matter), it pops up this message.
For the record, I am on android and using Google Play. I have restarted my device. I have rebooted my device. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Nothing has fixed this issue. Please, let me give you my money!

    Same error regardless of offers trying to purchase. Just updated game too. Stupid patch... :(

    I get the same error on both of my android devices. I purchase stuff all the time. Forst time getting this error and it's on 2 seperate
    android devices.
