What is happening?

Kabam what Is going on with this game lately? Your known issues is growing by the weeks. Why is if a champion is doing too much damage or it's soms exploit in the game that gets immediately fixed but other known issues remain for weeks sometimes months? Compensation is a thing of the past I guess. Can we get1 update that doesn't come with so many issues? We get new update for new EQ, side quest, and champions then game freezes after doing practice or duels, game just randomly freezes on you in any fight mid combo, game is lagging, and many others. We get new update for 8.1 and all visuals go out the window. You know how annoying it is to fight Invisible Woman or Guillotine 2099 and can't tell when their abilities trigger? Can we PLEASE get it together over at Kabam and restore this game back to playable and not so stressful dealing with constant bugs?
