Evade back and block bug

Noticed during fights with the YJ in the next to last node before Dormammu in Map 5.

When he activates his SP2, you evade back from the first part, and then hold block, and yet still get zapped from his lasers. This is very easy to confirm. There appears to be some sort of cooldown when evading back and being able to block.

Is this working as intended, or is it a bug?

    That's working as intended, that's the recovery from evading back. You can't do anything during this recovery period.
