What if this game was on console?

what is they remade champs on console and gave it more like mortal combat controls the the game would appeal more to the people that want a more skilled based game than a grinding game

Well for one none of your progression on the mobile version would carry over. It’d be an entirely different system as you want a more MK style game. So if you’d want to start a fresh account with none of your champs for a Freemium fighting game, then cool, but it’s still not going to happen with MCOC.

One of the reasons why this game appeals to me is that the device fits in my pocket and I'm able to take on the go. I don't think I'd even download this game if it was on console.

If the game was exactly as is now but just on console, i don’t think think it would have even half the popularity. It’s not in depth enough to be a full on console game, but it’s fantastic as a mobile game

There is actually an arcade version of this game...so a console port is not that far out of the realm of possibilities.

It would be interesting if there was another "console only" game mode and different progression in the two games, but you could share your champion deck between both of them.

Ehh it's on an arcade machine and that's as far as I'd take it. You'll have to literally download so many patches and versions..not even funny. Amongst other things.
