Battlegrounds, Random Defeat in Round 1

in Bugs and Known Issues
I was playing battlegrounds, it was only round 1. Finished my fight and was waiting for my opponent to finish. Suddenly it said that I got defeated.
First it didn't even show it in history then a few minutes later it says that the match is lost but there isn't any round information.

    That, plus the need to spend for a shield even though it was no fault of your own.
