Faced Kraven in AQ and got trapped but the trap isn't visible.

I was facing Kraven in AQ and I see the text says that the trap is armed but I don't see the trap or where the trap is laid down to avoid it. Only when I forward and then I'm unable to move and stuck, do I know where the trap is laid down. Like the trap is now invisible until you land on it. I didn't look at the nodes so I don't know if this is now a node.
