Wong crystal compensation missing

I saw Swedeah L’s video featuring his Wong correction package and found that I didn’t get one. I am sure that I selected the Wong crystal (and recall getting a 3* mr fantastic) and was wondering if it is just going to take a few days or I am just not getting it at all.
It is just a cav crystal at the end of the day but I have noticed a few other players on YouTube, Line etc saying that they didn’t revive their Wong crystal.

    I did not receive mine either. I distinctly remember getting a 3* Wong the first time so I at least have that going for me.

    i got 6* Wong lol, didnt even think it was possible since i always pull 3* **** for over 7 years in these crystals

    still dont know much about him tough since he s kinda new and i havent used him
