4* Tech Champion - Best Champ To Rank Up

I completed Act 4 recently and only have 1 tech champ that is ranked up. That’s IWIM (I enjoy his play style). I want to rank up another Tech Champ. Who is best from the below options? All those listed are 4* r1/10. I do grind arenas as well. My roster lacks tech class. Got plenty of cosmic though!

Edit - I left off Darkhawk. He’s also 4* 1/10. Darkhawk is also an option.
