LF an active and consistent alliance. anything silver or higher is fine

I'm playing on a new account after a couple years away from the game. I have experience and decent skill. not looking for anything super serious about the game I have a job and a life but I'm active a few times a day and want to participate in AW/AQ and stick with an alliance long term.

to be completely honest I don't remember how hard each map is. I know I don't have the champs to do the absolute top line but as long as I'm in an alliance that regularly does AQ and doesn't expect me to be a god I don't care much about the exact map
