Elder marks lost due to bg disappearing

When the battle grounds briefly disappeared on Monday I was in the middle of a round that I had used elder marks to enter. I was kicked from the game and lost my elder marks with no advancement in solo or alliance events. I submitted a ticket and after a few rounds with support; they told me the problem affected too many summoners so they couldn’t refund my elder marks. Just wanted to let everyone know that once again, kabam support was terrible. This seemed very fixable as they only had to add 15 elder marks to my account. Instead I get the old kabam shaft.
