BG masteries still not working

I may have missed something here but in BG my masteries aren't being applied to my deck and when I'm choosing my champs. I've applied them on the deck section screen many times and it says masteries applied but nothing else happens. No rating changes. When I enter a fight I can see the proper rating. My profile won't even change to Herc (who is highest rated by hero rating). Is this all just a visual bug?
