How should I get alpha tier2 ?

As u can see, my level isnt that high, my champions are "fine" for my level. But I would like to upgrade my spider rank... for that I need 4 alpha tier 2.... and epic ARE WAY OUT of my raiting... 35000 asked and I have 19000

So how can I upgrade him ?

PS : im doing chapter 4 right now... but after that, how I'm supposed to get them ?

Oh and I already know about Alliance Map, but my alliance isnt good... They dont even go upper than map 2
