Retrieving old account

Hi. I’ve come back from the game after taking a long break and made a new account that I’ve currently been playing for a month or 2. I wanted to try to get my old account back but didn’t know if I could since I didn’t ever attach an email to it. The username of the account is Scorpion-23. Is there any possibility of getting the account back?
