War Tier bug

After the war before last we saw a for a few hours a bug happen, were we got bumped down to tier 4. Fyi we were 1 loss out of tier 2 at this point. The next morning before war attack started this last war the team saw the issue fixed itself and we were back into tier 3 beforethe artack phase starten. When looking at the multiplier at the end today we saw it say we only got a x4.5 how can we get the points fixed? I'm assuming it happened because it showed tier 4 during the matchmaking phase.

Anyone else have this issue?

I created a support ticket but they said there not doing anything, and I need to reference the fourms.
