Hoard 6* shards?

Hey there,

I have just recently become TB with Apocalypse as my first r3 6*… I don‘t have any other T5CC right now.

Now, I‘ve bought the summer resort pass this month, and now I can choose 75% of a T5CC of my liking, which could grant me my second R3 6*.

Only problem: I don‘t know which class to choose. I don‘t think I have the right champ to make a decision, although there are some champs that will be great after awakening. (Unduped Magneto is an option, but since my first r3 is apocalypse, I would rather not take another Mutant as my second r3)

And while I do have over 40k 6* shards (obviously with more to come in the course of the month), I was planning on holding on to 6* shards until November, when 7* shards are introduced… (I only have 21 6* champs, so the odds of duping are low, but you never know…)

But the regal resort shop will close before that…

Sooooo… Do I open my 6* shards, and hope for a good (unduped) r3 option? Or do I choose a class based on my current roster (or in hopes of a future pull)?

Open them. The odds of pulling a dupe are low for you and the 7* shards are an unknown as far as what you’d get.

Open 6* crystals

Pull champs first and finish contents as much as you can. No need to be fussed by 7*s yet as a baby account with that small roster.

Do TB have dual 6* crystals? I'd chase some cosmic god, and tbf could see myself taking hype to r4 even not duped.
Also eop may help, I guess — class nexus crystals may be great, if you choose some class with highest possibility of pulling a champ you'd r4

Hmm, thanks guys… Followed your advice and decided to open 3 basic 6* crystals and maybe later one Science/Mystic one, for the odd chance of pulling Human Torch or Dr. Doom…
