Unable to log into the game...

So i got to play the update day 1 but ever since the game reset to the next day i now get infinite loading screen and i can't log into the game on my device. I've been able to log in on my ipad and another phone just to see if i might have been banned for some reason but i am able to log into the game completely fine except from on my iphone 11...

if a mod/admin could give any advice to how to fix this it would be much appreciated, i have reinstalled the game twice and it goes back to the infinite loading screen as soon as i choose a language.

    this happened me a few updates back. Contacted support but since it was a very rare issue didn't get a resolution , I find the game just won't respond to my home wifi, and will just sit on the opening loading screen forever which sucks. Bad news, I don't have a fix since I don't know the source of the issue but there are several things I recommend to work around the problem
    1.) mobile data can be the only way to get online sometimes
    2.) longer term to avoid burning through mobile data, using a VPN on home wifi, can be a good way to sort out a lot of network issues though if legend runs ever come back you might need to try a different solution

    In particular I recommend avast one as a free 5GB a week VPN, fairly reliable, although you should remember to turn it off before using something really data intensive like HD youtube or netflix. that should sort out most of your issues.
