Aw potion glitch

I used quite a few revives on the last aw. And my potion use didn't go down. I don't think it's a visual bug. Anyone else encountered this? Am I being silly?

Not sure if it went live yet, although I’m assuming it did, but when Kabam launched the 1 loyalty revives they said that revives would eventually no longer count toward item use for AW. So that’s why!
