    No, it means the pfp glitched and migrated from another part of the game to show up there. It’s not teasing anything. It’s just a bug

    The collector can never be a playable champion. His special 3 is a guaranteed ko that bypasses everything. Literally all content ever made would be utterly trivial, even for a 2 star

    Well obviously if they'd add him he wouldnt have that...
    But he really cant be playable cuz he is a collector himself, he cant be inside a crystal... he's the one to put champs in crystals if anything
