Does anyone know when the BG store changes will take effect?

They gave us all the details in the info post EXCEPT when it happens. I'm holding off on spending marks until the changes to cost/purchase limits take effect. That and I have still not seen the comp marks for the cost difference spent....

    That's interesting, I haven't seen the prices change in the store and I still have not received any of the cost difference compensation marks they promised. Wth.....
