Problem with SP3

I found a problem with SP3, it’s not doing a expected damage sometimes. It already happen several times while playing. I found it out when I was trying to chase SP3 ragnorok solo event.

    Using which champ against whom?

    What else was going on? Were they armoured up? Were you weakened?

    Just as an example, if you were using a Mordo 4/40, but hadn't built up his Furies, his S3 can easily do less than a thousand damage; which has to be the case because he gets to use it much more often than other champs. Hyperion also has a fairly weak S3 without any Fury effects or cosmic charges. Joe Fixit's is weak (and largely pretty rubbish against bleed immune champs).
