Missing BG objectives

Yesterday my 2 BG objectives reset as supposed to (the play 3 and win 2 matches). I won the first match and they updated to 1/2 and 1/3. I then won a second match which got me promoted a tier and the objectives didn't update and stayed at 1. I then reset the game and the objectives were just gone saying they will reset in 2 days.

    Similar thing happened to me, won 3 matches to get both objectives and move from silver 1 to gold 3, both objectives said claim now but when trying to claim nothing happened, restarted game now both objectives gone but the 1000 tokens not added to my total.
