Elektra is not reducing ability, Nebula does not pass shocks during a parry.

Please kabam look into this, i was fighting vs antman in arena and after i applied 2 debuffs on antman his sig ability was still working.

Sometimes Nebula is not able to pass shock charges to the opponent with a parry. Sometimes she pass shock while normal blocking. FIX THIS DAMN GAME.

    Electra works fine. The basic rule is: nothing stops Ant Man's glancing ability. Not being subtle or having true strike. Not him being Stunned, Pacified, poisoned with black Iso-8, or hit with a Special 3 attack. Nothing.

    Personally I hope it stays that way - I like him.

    Also Nebula is working fine. Blocking at the perfect time and Parry doesn't trigger in the same frame, so it's normal to pass shock debuffs without a parry.

    So why sometimes parry triggers shocks and sometimes not?
