    December, most likely by the 15th. They have released a chapter every 3 months, and they have promised “by the end of the year”. They also announced that 6* will enter the contest early next year and that we’ll have the possibility to rank to 5 a 5* before that, so act 5 100% rewards looks like the perfect spot where to get the t5b, and therefore must happen before 6* arrive in January.
