@Kabam Vydious Been using Crossbones a lot more for anti-evasion and I've found that using his overrun, then his third Special (which states it will refresh the cooldown on overrun) doesn't reset the timer. This happens against enemies with no ability reduction such as Captain America, Spider-Man Classic and Nightcrawler - no reasonable answer to this except for a bug. Can anyone confirm?
