Fabulous vs super fabulous crystals

Can anyone confirm if the unit payouts are different between them or is it just the difference in 5 star vs 6 star platpool pieces? I'm much closer to getting the 5 star one, but curious on unit differences.

I think it's just the 5* vs the 6*. Pretty sure 250 units is the max you can get from one crystal of either.
